the lag and bad hitbox atm would lead for the scout to win providing the scout strafed, however if the scout didnt strafe the heavy would destroy him easily

The hit detection is poor, and because of the issue of having to 'lead' your target because of the lag it makes it obvious, however you have to just put up and deal with it for now, this will not be an issue which is in the full release so just go...
